September Co-op Made Features

Bring on all the fall flavors! Late-harvest blueberries, rich coffee with buttercream, and sandwich-y staples like ham, gooey cheese, and nostalgic PB&J. September's Co-op Made Features are just what you need to get back into the swing of things.

Gluten-Free Espresso Torte

Delicious morning, noon, or night, this tiramisu-like torte is the perfect pick-me-up with its hint of espresso and layers of Fair Trade chocolate—and made without gluten!

Made in-house at our Co-op bakery, our espresso torte is made without gluten, but you’d never know. The bottom cookie-like layer is made out of an almond flour base, while the fluffy, creamy filling features a healthy portion of ground espresso, heavy whipping cream, and just the right amount of vanilla extract.

The whole dessert is finished off with a beautiful layer of rich, fair-trade chocolate ganache, the perfect cherry on top.

Ham & Cheese Croissant

Made with our unbeatably buttery croissants, this all-time Co-op favorite is flaky, cheesy, melty, and a must-have for busy days.

Served hot in our Deli, we start with a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth croissant dough and wrap it up with gooey cheese and perfectly salty ham.

PB&J Magic Smoothie

Reminiscent of a classic PB&J in the best way, our PB&J Magic Smoothie is sippable and unforgettable. Packed with peanut butter and berries, this is a sweet treat for kids and grown-ups on-the-go!

We start with a blend of blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries before tossing in creamy peanut butter, bananas, and apple juice.

NEW! Blueberry Mascarpone

We can't stop raving about this new flavor! A rich swirl of housemade blueberry jam and whipped mascarpone ice cream, it's like nibbling a decadent slice of cheesecake.

We combine our signature ice cream base with rich, whipped mascarpone cheese to create a sweet, creamy, perfectly tangy base that’s unlike anything we’ve made before. Next, we stir in our housemade blueberry jam that takes this ice cream from special to downright decadent.
