We are connected to the earth by what we eat, and that connection feels especially strong in Skagit Valley. The Co-op has always looked for ways to share our love of food and to preserve our valley by connecting people to it, and to each other. We do more than provide a vital service as a community-grocery owned store working with other local businesses and farmers; we’re committed to giving back and to protecting this beautiful place we call home through a number of community giving and sustainability efforts.

Growing Good Fund
Since 2023 the Co-op has donated $200,000 to Viva Farms to help keep farmers farming in Skagit Valley through our Growing Good Fund.
