Ginger Rhubarb Sorbet

Sorbet so creamy you might think it’s ice cream, but it’s not! This brand new flavor packs the perfect punch of ginger, rounded out by the subtle sweet-tartness of local spring rhubarb.

Perfectly smooth with a refreshing sweet and tangy flavor, we pair fresh ginger with local rhubarb from Living Rain Farm to create a unique springy flavor that you just won’t find anywhere else. Enjoy a scoop and a sunny walk along the Riverwalk or grab a pint (or two) from our freeze case to enjoy at home.

 

Asparagus Antipasto Salad

Hail to the king of spring and the star of this salad: asparagus! Succulent spears combine with ham, feta, peppers, and onions for a must-have side at your next meal.

The sippable, can’t-missable, healthy version of an orange creamsicle, this Co-op favorite is a bright blend of organic OJ, mangoes, carrots, and whey.

We start with organic orange juice followed by cubed mango and fresh carrots. A generous helping of whey protein powder is added before being blended up to a dreamy orange perfection.
