Petite Sourdough Loaves
Using our 100+ year-old starter, these petite sourdoughs are the perfectly sized addition to any meat & cheese board or patio meal. Slice it thin and pair it with your favorite local cheese, some summer fruit, briny olives, and your favorite charcuterie meals. Olli Salumeria is our favorite.
These loaves are also the perfect size for sandwiches! Grab some of your favorite sandwich meat, cheese slices, and all the fixins’ to create a memorable weekday lunch.
Or, slice it length-wise, butter it, sprinkle some garlic salt and broil it till crispy and enjoy with a plate of spaghetti. Enjoy our olive, roasted garlic, or sundried tomato loaves.
Summer Rice Salad
A delightful mix of mint, citrus, and feta make for refreshing and flavorful summer side. Basmati rice is cooked and cooled before being tossed with cucumbers, fresh mint, salty feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, and green onions.
A simple citrus dressing featuring orange juice, lemon juice, orange peel, and lemon peel. A sprinkle of salt and cinnamon are also added to give the dressing a well-rounded finish.
Pair this rice salad with grilled chicken, smoked salmon, or whatever you’re tossing on the grill for dinner.
Red, White & Blueberry Smoothie
Bursting with berry flavor, a sweet & healthy way to celebrate summer with every sip.
We start with a base of organic orange juice before tossing in strawberries, blueberries, and some protein powder. Add on spinach for $1 to boost the nutrition of this berry delicious smoothie.
Strawberry Balsamic Basil Ice Cream
Strawberry ice cream, but make it fancy. Hints of balsamic and basil transform standard strawberry into a sweet, summery caprese salad in a cone (or cup)!
The strawberries add a nice texture while fresh basil adds a delightfully herby flavor that pairs well with super sweet strawberries. A dash of balsamic brings the whole ice cream together.
