Orange & Avocado Salad
We couldn't forget to mention one of our favorite winter produce items to add to a salad: citrus!
Simple but full of juicy, tangy flavor, this salad consists of roughly chopped winter fruit and avocado, and is topped off with a squeeze of lime, some jalapeños for heat, and just a dash of salt.
What this recipe doesn't call for though, is dressing.
The avocado does a good job of adding some oil while the citrus adds juiciness.

Tangerines are paired with romaine lettuce and cucumber, before being topped with shredded coconut and sliced coconuts for a crunchy element.
