Say Cheese!

Calling all cheese lovers! We’re here to make you smile. Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, goat cheese, vegan cheese—you’ll find all types of cheese in the Co‑op. Sourced from local farmsteads and cheesemakers around the world, our selection is wheels of fun and full of award-winning, grass-fed, organic, and non-dairy cheeses.

Need help picking the perfect cheese? Ask one of our cheese experts how to pair sweet, pungent, salty, squeaky cheeses with food, beer and wine, weather, and people.

Local Cheesemakers & Creameries

The highest quality dairy comes from family farms, and we’re proud to partner with several local cheesemakers right here in the Pacific Northwest like Samish Bay Cheese, Appel Farms, and Harmony Fields. Giving their animals the very best care means you get the very best product, made in small batches boasting farmtastic flavor without antibiotics, rBST, or added hormones.

Dairy-Free Cheeses

Craving all that cheesy goodness without any of the dairy? Plant-based eating has never been easier (or cheesier) at the Co‑op! We carry the best vegan cheeses, including popular dairy-free brands like Daiya, Kite Hill, and Miyoko’s, so you can fill your fridge and indulge in as much creamy, delicious, dairy-less cheese as you please.

Everything’s Better with Cheddar

Whether you like it sharp, medium, mild, or melted, cheddar cheese is the ultimate flavor maker. Put it on a sammy, in a soup, atop a casserole, or in one of these drool-worthy dishes.
