There are two positions open on the Board of Trustees.

Two incumbent Board members are running for the two open board seats.

Candidates were asked to address questions regarding their desire to serve, the Co-op’s connection to community, challenges facing the Co-op, the Board’s role in addressing those challenges, and skill and experience they would bring to the position.

Eligible member-owners may vote for two Board of Trustee candidates.

Votes must be received by Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 5:55pm.

NOTE: You may not select the same candidate twice - 2 votes for the same candidate will only count as 1.

Voting Eligibility, Verification & Confidentiality: You must be an active member to vote in the Board election. An active member is current in equity payments, has made a purchase in the Co-op in the last 12 months, and has a current address on file. Member name and number are required to verify eligibility and are confidential. Ballots will not be counted without verification. Ballots will be accepted until 5:55pm PST, Wednesday, May 8, 2024. One ballot per active household.
