Great opportunity for a team-player with super customer service skills.  Provide internal support to Co-op staff!

This is a very detail oriented position.  We need a highly organized person with
*extensive experience with Windows-based programs
*expertise with Excel
*database maintenance experience is a plus

This position supports merchandising, category management, and IT. Responsible for time sensitive tasks such as monthly promotion management; monthly promotions sign cutting; mid-month promotions sign posting. Maintain data base, provide backup coverage for equipment troubleshooting and POS department personnel.

Availability is important.  the proposed schedule is Monday-Friday 9-5 and one evening shift per month. Special projects may require other hours.

The Skagit Valley Food Co-op is looking for a positive, energetic, organized and detail oriented individual to help support our 2020 Vision (look it up on our website!).

Support the Grocery Department with highly detailed and time-sensitive tasks such as
* New item placement
* Shelf product maintenance and resets
* Weekly display and merchandising orders
* Weekly display building
* Holiday and seasonal decorations
* Organize demo and sampling schedules (and sometimes be the sampler)
* Prepare display signs and other merchandising materials
* Give awesome service to our customers and staff

This is a physically demanding position. Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs. Must be able to climb ladders and stairs. This is also a collaborative position — must work well in a team setting, be a good listener and follow through with commitments.

Availability: Must be able to work 34-40 hours Tuesday — Saturday with some early morning and some late evening hours. Flexibility (and enthusiasm) needed for special projects.
