POSITION AVAILABLE: DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL SERVICES
We have an immediate opening for an experienced, hands on financial and accounting professional. The Director of Financial Services is accountable for the administrative, financial and risk management operation of the Co-op, to include the development of a financial strategy, the development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve, and grow Co-op assets.

The Director of Financial Services is a hands on and participative manager who will lead and develop an internal team consisting of payroll, accounting, accounts payable, cash count, membership, and network administration.

The successful candidate will have:
• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• A minimum of 5 years experience as a Finance Manager or Controller, preferably for a retail business
• A minimum of 3 years experience supervising and building strong teams
• Financial management skills for a growing business
• Strong leadership skills
• Collaborative approach
• Advanced computer skills

POSITION AVAILABLE: DELI FRONT LINE SERVER
DESCRIPTION:
Work in our award-winning Deli with a supportive and fun team who are dedicated to excellent customer service. Assist our customers with fast, efficient, friendly service. Be aware of special needs of customers in regards to food allergies, etc. Display, rotate, and handle food based on training and health department standards. Customer service experience preferred. Restaurant, food, and/or barista experience is a must.

Must be able to work all stations of the Deli: front line, cashier, sandwich, floor, and espresso.

HOURS:
This position requires weekends and evenings. The Co-op is open daily until 9pm so flexibility is a must.
