Grilling season is upon us and I am pretty sure I am putting any and everything on the grill that I can.  Steak,sausages,chicken,pineapple,peaches,asparagus,mushrooms,cabbage,corn on the cob but I am seriously really looking forward to watermelon!! I know it’s a little out of the box,but then again so am I.

The taste is AMAZING!!  I make it a little spicy to add a punch of flavor. The basic recipe is brush each side with a sauce of lemon juice (from 1 medium sized lemon) 2 tbsp of honey and 1 tsp of siracha.

Lay it on a hot grill for about two minutes on each side.
