Ryan is joining Jodie and Nancy Lee as a Spanish language tour guide for new member-owners and folks who’d like to learn more about shopping at the Co-op. You do not have to be a new member,but new members receive a free Co-op shopping bag at the end of the tour!

The Nutrition Management of Pain and Inflammation

Hannukah Feast

Feast on the eight days of Hanukkah:we will delve into the traditions and customs of this Holiday. We will learn about Latke ,one of the principal foods of Hanukkah,and add a homemade apple sauce to top it off. We will nibble on a Plum Spice Beef Brisket and round the evening off with Sufganiyot. .Don’t be alarmed,it’s just a jelly donut!! Come visit the festival of lights.

This workshop is for apartment dwellers and those who have limited space but want to recycle their food scraps into rich compost. We will address the special needs of small space and indoor food composting and show you how you can make your own indoor compost bin. Come see how easy it is to get started composting in your home.
