We’ve got eight varieties currently,including:
Bintje,a great all purpose potato,Sangre,Russet-Norkota,Carola,a very abundant variety that keeps well,taste test winner German Butterball,the heirloom Red Pontiac,the anti-oxidant rich Purple Majesty,and the perennial favorite,Yukon Gold.
Chop ‘em up in pieces with one or two “eyes”each,and read up or watch up on the details then get those potatoes in the ground.
